A little colour is on its way! Here’s what to expect when ordering from Sorelle.
Delivery timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, public holidays or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. If your order is affected, we’ll share updated information as it becomes available.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If your order qualifies for a free-shipping promotion, this will be reflected at checkout.
Delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your suburb, postal code and contact number.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once your parcel has been dispatched.
Any additional courier costs resulting from incorrect details or a requested redelivery will be explained and agreed with you beforehand.
Receiving your order
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel.
If delivery cannot be completed, contact us so we can help arrange the next steps with the courier.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
If your cookware arrives damaged or an item is missing, please let us know as soon as possible. Where possible, include photographs of the packaging and affected items, and keep the packaging while we assist you.
