Refund policy

We hope you love your Sorelle cookware. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

  • The complete set must be returned, including all three casserole pots, their lids and the frying pan/skillet.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with any included accessories.

  • An order number or proof of purchase is required.

Used cookware does not qualify for a change-of-mind refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. These shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Please package your cookware securely and use a tracked courier service. Keep your proof of dispatch until your return has been processed.

How to request a return

Contact us through our website within 15 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable South African consumer law.
